The spacious kitchen diner is designed for relaxed self-catering and offers plenty of room for guests to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dining table, crockery, cutlery and everyday cooking essentials.

A separate utility room adds convenience for longer stays.

Guests are asked to keep the garden gate closed at all times to help prevent local wildlife from entering the grounds and potentially falling into the swimming pool.

Tennis Court

A private tennis court is available for guests to enjoy, with tennis rackets provided.

Guests must not remove or adjust the tennis net.

If you would like to use the court area as a football pitch, this must be arranged with the management company in advance, and an additional fee will apply.

Seasonal Swimming Pool

Guests can use the property's outdoor swimming pool during the warmer months. Complimentary swimming towels are provided.

Please note that the pool is seasonal and closed from the end of October until 1 March.

After using the pool, guests must replace the pool cover in accordance with the instructions provided at the property.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire annex and its outdoor spaces. Entrance is separate from the main house. To reach it, go through the side gate on the property's left, then proceed around to the back where you'll find the entrance to Fennie Grange Pool House. The main house is strictly private and reserved for the homeowners, so guests should not enter or try to access it at any time. Self-check-in is provided via a key lockbox.

Fennie Grange Pool House is situated in a tranquil, scenic countryside setting, offering a peaceful retreat amid open green spaces. The area features beautiful walking trails, classic pubs, and historic sites. While a car is recommended for easy access to nearby attractions and exploring the region, local taxis and bus services are also available.

Ample off-street parking is available on the property grounds. Given the countryside location, travelling by car is recommended for the easiest access to nearby villages, attractions, pubs, and walking areas. Local taxi services and bus connections are also available in the surrounding area.
